I have a 1994 Ford Mustang and it has 2 different cigarret lighters but neither of them work. I wont to use them to for a phone charger. I have tried the cigarret lighter with an actually lighter but they still don't work. I checked the fuses and changed them but they still don't work. I have look for new ones a car part stores like O'Reiley's and Advance Auto Parts but can't find anything. Anyone have any suggestions?

check for voltage on the wire going to it, if ok, you need a new socket..
