Clicking sound

I have a 2014 v6 lately I’ve been hearing a clicky type sound. It’s not the type writer tick noise it doesn’t sound like anything serious but it is annoying. I hear it the most when the engine is cool sometimes when idling In the morning but it definitely is most noticeable when throttling the more I gas it the louder it is. Sometimes you can’t really hear it also. Sounds like it’s coming from the left side of the engine area. Not sure if it’s a belt, my cai isn’t the best not sure if it could be that. Any suggestions are much appreciated!
Here’s a link to hear the sound

It sounds like an exhaust leak.
Yeah that could be it! I’ll give the exhaust and x pipes a look
You posted the same thing in 2 different sub-forums...hence, duplicate post.

Also have a look at the exhaust manifold where it bolts to the engine. Look for any broken/ missing bolts, and any signs of carbon on the exhaust that could indicate the location of the leak.
Found it. I’m not sure If my header is cracked or I have a ****ty connection to my x pipes but there’s definitely air coming out. Thanks for the help whoever posted??
