Im looking a few cars i want to buy. one is a 2000 mustang with 188k miles on it. Stick... i was just curious.. if its cheap, is this a sign that the clutch is going bad? And Where does the mile start showing some damage on the car...? Like there is another car that im looking at, a 1994 Mustang convertible, appears to be nice. Manuel, but it has about 114,000 miles on it. Which is the better buy anyone?

clutch ware is pretty much under the drivers control.there is really no true ware to tare ratio.(like how you rhymed it.)I would go with the 94,if it looks good sounds and drives good,then you are golden,114k is not too many miles on a ford,I had a 91 F150 make it to 777k before I had to replace piston rings.300k before I have to put a new clutch in,But I knew how to drive it properly.
