Are 99-04 coils same as crown Vic and F-150 coils since they are the same engine?

It's a possibility. You'd have to reference part numbers to be sure.

Ok, I did a little Googling for you. The coil part number is MotorCraft DG508 and it is cross compatible ford & Lincoln, 5.4 & 4.6.
