I want to share the link to my comcast.net homepage with my Jeep group to see the pictures of today's run..

How do i set it up so when they go there, they just get a list of the contents of that folder, so they can click on each picture to open it?

Don't know about comcast... But to get an index of the files the webserver must have browsing turned on, and the index.htm/index.html/index.asp/index.php/default.htm/whatever/else file must be deleted.

sounds like they only have list access, they will most likely need list and view access in terms of NT permissions here...

I would call Comcast up and ask one of them before you go deleteing anything, it sounds like a security setting.

If comcast lets you use php, I have a little script that you can put into your page that will list the directories and files in that folder.

It looks like http://www.heramb.org/daniel

I also have one that will make "thumbnails" of the pictures http://www.heramb.org/pictures/Stang/billet

If you want either of these email me [email protected] and I'll send it to you
