I am supposed to eat 1967 calories a day with 500 calories deducted from exercise daily. When I do the workouts, I only burn 300-400 calories and being that I am 5'5 and 142 pounds. So, should I be eating less since my average calorie loss is between 300-400 or eat the 1967 calories worth. I am confused. I just want to tone up and lose some extra fat. Will only 1967 with 300-400 still help me lose weight or just maintain.
