With a 2.3l 4 cylinder non-turbo? Thats only 88 horsepower... how much horsepower would a cherry bomb exhaust or glasspack add?

the 2.3l mustang is a pain to burn out with but you can achive it with worn tires. the cherry bomb exhaust doesn't give you any horsepower actually if anything it robs 1 or 2 horses away from you. its just for loudness or if you want to run a straight pipe legally.

cherry bombs were the top thing back in the 70s when drivers were making 400+hp on thier dragster cars but had to drive them home so what they did was put a cherry bomb on the car which if you look inside one its basicly a straight pipe and you can see out the other hole clearly, it doesn't build back pressure which for weak cars is a problem you need the back pressure to give you the torque to achive proper take off.

Ford made a turbo for it up until 1988 that can double your horsepower, you won't do any burnout without one..
