Noticed today on AM that they had new crankcase breathers. I know It wouldn't be wise to replace pcv with filter but would there be any benefit in removing hose to intake and capping off and inserting breather there?

Brad,

The Crankcase Breathers are designed to release the crankcase pressure. These are most commonly used on Forced Induction cars. Mainly because the PCV just can't release the Crank pressure as fast as a Breather.

This is a very opinionated debate. Some guys love them and some guys don't! We brought them into our Facility for the guys that requested it.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance.
