I recently put new pads, rotors and brake lines on my 2011 V6 stang. Now, when I press the brakes pedal (whether moving, stopped, or even pressing the brake when the car is off), i hear a creaking noise. It's definitely coming from the front brakes, passenger side more than drivers side. Any thoughts on what this is and how to correct it. Sounds like somethings needs to be greased or lubed, but just sure what.

Thanks for the help

Mine did that when I first bought it. Changed the brake pads and it stopped. My guess was the caliper piston was just in a spot where it creaked when the brake was pressed. I know thats the opposite of your situation (putting on new pads and it started versus putting on new pad and it stopped) but it might be a place to check, also the slide pins. Did you lubricate them when you changed the pads? New shims as well?

Thanks for the help. Turn out the slide pins needed to be greased/lubed and one bolt needed to be tightened.
