Recently I had the pleasure to deal with two of AM's staff members on two different subjects.

The first was Alex when I requested a return authorization for a part I had bought and decided to return it because I wanted to get a better (in my mind) part. Alex expedited the process even though it was late in the day. When I replied to his e-mail thanking him, I asked him to put me in contact with one of his colleagues because I needed help on what parts to get for upcoming projects. Alex said he was qualified and steered me in the right direction.

The next staffer I dealt with was Matt. When I received the shipment which was supposed to be the upgraded part, it turned out to be the wrong part. Matt also expedited the return process and also the shipment of the correct part.

Employees like these are the ones who make a business successful. I hope someone in a position of authority reads this thread and let Alex and Matt know their work ethic is appreciated.

I totally agree! If other companies would follow suit.... It's all about loving what you do and believing in it!
