So with cars progressing so much lately a way car manufacturers have been increasing gas mileage is cylinder cut-off. Do you think Ford is going to introduce this as well? Basically it just cuts off fuel to 4 of the 8 cylinders. Are there tunes that do this? I really hope Ford does this for the 2014 or 2015 mustang V8! What do you guys think?

It seems like this is a bit too much work for the pay off. I know chrysler is big on it, and GMs big v16 did it, but if you look at the engines that use it,they are still less efficient than Fords ecoboost, or even the current v6 or v8s.
