So i deleted my egr cuz i couldn't find a way to stop it from leaking after the windstar swap so i got rid of it hit up bama for a tunes to shut it off, loaded the new tunes and im still throwing a code for it. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated thanks.

You sure it was turned off in the tune? As long as you have the port on the intake and exhaust closed the only other part is electrical.

I hope it's turned off i asked them too they sent me new tunes and i loaded one of them but still code i have the header capped and a new gasket for the delete plate i didnt do anything with the harness tho didnt think i had too. You think i should call bama?

Sometimes deleting the EGR is your best bet. Those things can be a PITA to stop leaking!

If your still throwing a CEL have you checked the code? Our tunes are good 99% of the time. Occasionally there are errors because we hand write each tune. I'm confident my Bama team will fix it quickly if it's within the tune! Majority of the time, its Small human error when filing your tune information form or by a Bama Member!

Just a quick FYI- I had to delete my egr when the new exhaust system was installed. The SCT files were adjusted and I haven't been effected by performance, emissions testing or cel lights. I came up with a quick faux set up tube to put on during inspection, doesn't function but looks like everything is in place.

Hey whats ur setup whats ur dyno and do u have it tuned

I've had it dyno tuned in Manassas Va @ Excessive MotorSport. SCT tuned.
Exhaust is MAC ceramic longtube headers, hi-flow cats, MAC ProChamber, Flowmaster 10 Series mufflers, tailpipes/tips.
Also have tons of bolt-ons, 3:73 gears, suspension replacement, ect... ect...

I gotta say bro you have one of the nicest sn-95 i have ever seen the exhaust sounds nice too keep up the awesome work bro.

Thank you, very much. That car glides on rails when hitting curves at high speeds. I'm very proud of the comfortable, stable suspension package I put in there. Alot of work and a whole lot of planning went into it. I am working on replacing most of the interior now. Have the carpet, floor mats, parts & pieces, ect.. to go along with the Corbaue seat I installed, and a bunch of interior pieces I installed.
