No, just the stock air intake tube and box assembly. No real silencer like most vehicles these days.

Actually, it has a sound 'freakin' tube from the intake to the cabin. Yup! The mustang is giving the finger to the rest of the automotive world

If you feel under the stock CAI tube, there is a resonator chamber under there. Getting an aftermarket CAI would be how to eliminate that. A couple of plugs will eliminate the sound tube, and Cooltech has a kit with the parts already gathered. I still need to get around to doing that.
