It needs a complete rebuild.

Not much in that condition, needing a restoration, from $500 to $1000...you could put $25,000 in it restoring it and not be able to get $15000 when your done... they are not that popular and Ford made thousands of them, so not that rare...

I have a 79 cobra pace car with a 5.0 and 4 speed. They aren't worth as much as I hoped it would be. Mine is in decent shape & I doubt that it would bring much over $5000.00
