Unfortunately there are nor recycling center for Mustang in my country
Could you please advice any online store or recycling center?

It appears that Ford did not sell that vent separately. You will have to get a billet one or hope one turns up on Ebay.

On my 99 Mustang six, I found the drivers side defroster vent (that defogs the window) - I believe on ebay, or american muscle dot com. It was easy to replace on my car - What country are you in?
