E85 swap

I recently added a return system and switched to E85. It really woke the car up after struggling with 91 pump gas and torco. Ran [email protected] and had a blast! I also switched to a 82 pulley from a 85.

Great if you don't mind spending more money for gas.
I live 6miles from the e85, and it is 1.59. I got 23 mpg on the gas and 16 mpg on the E. It is close to same money per gallon but the cruising range is way down. It has a drain adapter on the regulator that makes it simple to switch fuels and load another tune. Adding torco or race gas to our crappy 91 costs much more. No 93 is available.

When compared to the price of 91/93 octane, E85 or Flex Fuel is a value.
However, miles per gallon is less than gasoline.
Another advantage of ethanol vs gasoline is lower running temperatures.
How do you go about switching over ?

My Coyote F150 was E85 capable

I have to load an E85 tune to my ECU.
However, in your case, when the vehicle is E85 (or flex fuel) capable from the factory, it is my understanding, that the ECU makes the adjustments automatically and Ford suggest running 100% gasoline every 10th tank to flush the fuel system.
You missunderstood - my F150 was E85 capable, I sold it.

How do you add e85 to a 22 MACH 1 ... Anyone ...? I'm sure some kit has to be purchased no - tune - ??? People that really know please chime it thanks
