The vibration from my exhaust it making sounds in my car towards the back seat/window. Anyone else have this problem? It's sounds like plastic vibrating or something.

Will I'm running loudmouth lol so I know I'm going to get some noise but it sounds terrible and I can't tell what it is. I might just sit back there and make my girlfriend drive it to see.

Yea it definitely comes with any kind of exhaust other than stock. The sound comes directly from the trunk. pull your back seats down and drive around bit. You'll see how loud it really is. The only thing that I think will work is to install some sound dampening under the spare tire area. I'm gonna be doing it this weekend. It should make rattle go away and keep a lot of road noise out.

I get it too... I've got Roush Axel Back... I have a vert so I thought it was the top hardware on the inside behind the plastic rear panels...

It sounds like the rattle I was experiencing....for me it was a hanger and I checked three times and everything seemed tight...someone from the forum posted this and I did exactly that and it fixed the rattle...

It's most likely one of the exhaust hangers from your after market axle backs, I had the same problem and so have dozens of others. One of the front hangers is vibrating against the metal bracket that houses the rubber bushing that your hanger slides into. Just take a pair of vice grips or channel locks and bend the hanger back a little nearest the 90 degree angel bend toward the front of the car. That should take care of it.

I thought it was just me! It happens around 3k. It sounds like its coming from underneath the rear passenger seat!

I had a rattle that was caused by the exhaust coming over the axle that had been miss mounted. The rattle was the exhaust clanging against the metal clamp to the fuel filler neck. Fixed it by losening the clamp forcing the exhaust higher and then tighten the clamp. Problem fixed for me.

Do you live in an area where it gets cold? I ask because mine didn't start to make a noise until the temp dropped below 50. Than when I crank the heat for a while the vibration goes away. That's how I figured out that the noise was coming the interior. I run a off road x pipe with roush axel backs so i wasn't surprised when **** started to vibrate with the temp change.
