I bought a junk cobra II mustang with the original motor for 300 dollars to repair for fun, which turned into a total makeover for the car.

I've managed to get it running, greatly, I might add, and after a few adjustments all it will need is purely cosmetic work (new paint job and etc)

The previous owners really neglected this car, left it out in the sun for years, so the dash is cracked, the interior is trash, and it just needs new everything if you ask me.

Or does it? How do I go about repairing or buying new interior for my baby? :O

thats a very unpopular generation of mustangs. theyre just plain ugly and underpowered. and itll be tough finding parts for them. i suggest checking on hemmings motor news website. or subscribe to it. it has tons of stuff for old cars. why didnt u get an older one? your car isnt smog exempt because its one year too new

I have a 66 mustang and if you can find parts anywhere. It is pretty easy in a 66 because it is pretty much snap in door panels and glue in dash. But since you have a 76, it might be a little harder finding parts. But here are some companies that sell stuff for mustangs.
