Fog light plastic housing bracket - oem - replacement?

Im installing AM blacked out fog lights, the plastic mounting apparatus that screws the lamp into the grill is busted. Doesn't secure light.

Wtf are these called? My kights didnt ship with one so ill assume im suppost to re use my oem ones. So now im rocking no grill and no fogs... Gettin antsy.
