Sounds like you have a ground somewhere in the wiring for your fog lights. I would track the wiring starting from the lights and going back.
I'm having the same problem. Mine are also drilled right next to my headlightssorry i didnt answer i looked at it then closed the app only to not look again..anyway they are drilled in under my hood i can upload pics tomorrow so you can see
i read online somewhere drilling them in messes with reception and you are supposed to use zip ties or double back tape can anyone confirm that? the guys that did these kits for me never again will i go there im sure slosix remembers me ranting about it i was real mad about how they did everything for various reasons anyway im gonna talk to a guy i just found out about and switch to 6k (i have 8k now) and also see if he can take the ballasts out of their current spot and zip tie/use double back tapeI'm having the same problem. oh ok than i will be fixing that. thank youIt is the truth that when the HID is drilled and directly grounded ballast to car it can cause that. My 93 S10 did it and i fixed it with 3M tape.
