Im thinkin about slapping some stock V6 headers on my bird, and using a stock h-pipe from a fox body stang...does anyone know if itll work?
A friend with a 96v6 mustang used a fox 5.0 h-pipe. I've known of oneTbird232ci said:wow, so the collectors should line up with the fox 5.0 h-pipe?
Assuming makes an ass outta U and me.Tbird232ci said:so just crank down on those collector bolts so they seal, then pull out the jack to get it close to the undercarriege eh?
thanks for the help man, everyone else just guesses and assumes
Different headers on a V6 is wierd. More Flow = Less HP. Everyone else is trying to reduce backpressure while we're trying to gain it.Why not run longtube MAC headers
the 3.8L in my car isnt gonna stay, the 87 has CFI, and a whopping 120hp, trying to push 3600 pounds...plstktnkr2 said:Why not run longtube MAC headers? they are made for thr SN95 body so fitting the bird should be easy. I will be running a set on my 4.2 conversion in my 83 stang conv and they look like they will fit
just asking
