My cai and 93 bama tuner will be in monday. Im close to empty now. Should i run it to almost fumes then fill up with 93?

I'd get it as close to empty as you're comfortable with, fill it with 93 octane, then let that run through the system for 1/8-1/4 tank before loading up the tune. That way you know for sure, there's no 87 octane lingering in the system lol.

Awesome! You'll love the CAI and Tune, that will really wake your car up. Florida3.7 definitely pointed you in the right direction! Run down what's in your tank to the light, then fill up and 93 and run that for about 1/4 tank. That will get all 87 out of the pump and lines etc... Then fill it up with 93 Octane and load the tune!
