Wondering if any one knows a good but not to expensive combo to put my stang in the 11 second range? Its a 89 lx with 3:73 gears street tires. Putting a rebuilt 302 with e7 milled heads with bigger valve don't know spec at the moment. But I was hoping on putting 24Lb injectors bigger maf and throttle body and maybe a gt-40 intake. Any help feel free to comment.

11 seconds with 3.73 gears is going to be tough without dropping ALOT of money into your car.

Some things you might want to consider:
Nitrous. Quick and effective. gets a good boost in power, and isn't expensive to purchase up front.
Forced induction... My personal preference would be a turbo kit. There are guys out there like BG, On3, and PonyDown might still be around.

You E7 boat anchors are going to be your biggest restriction. If you want to stick with a stock head, I strongly suggest a set of GT40 heads. Off a 93-95 Cobra or 96-97.5 Explorer.

Thanks. I can get a set of gt-40's for pretty cheap I'll look into a set. Does anyone know what the chamber volume in cc's I believe the e7's had 58cc and the gt-40's have 64cc. And I believe that summit racing has a supercharger kit for 1,800$ would that be a good idea with 8Lb of boost?

8 lbs of boost is perfect but I wouldn't go more than that on a stock bottom end
Don't forget to run the s/c u will need some otherthings also.
Upgraded fuel system and ignition system.and good idea to get it tuned

And its probably not a good idea to run milled heads with forced induction.
having your heads milled wont cause any problems when running forced induction. They are two completely separate things. Stock E7 heads have roughly a 63cc combustion chamber. Milling the heads down to even 58cc will only net a compression ratio increase of ~.4 over stock. When coupled with an aftermarket cam, the dynamic compression ends up dropping lower (8.8 or less) and becomes ideal for boosted conditions.

I guess .4 isn't much on a low boost situation.but I've seen guys use thick head gaskets to bring compression down in higher boost scenarions.

Cometic MLS gaskets come in many thicknesses. I have seen them used for dropping compression slightly as well. Although other things need to be factored in when trying to use a head gasket to decrease CR. like the affects the new position of the head will have on the intake manifold alignment, fitment and port flow paths.
