Back in September, I had my tuner stolen and was stuck with my Bama 93R tune, which had no problems. But for Christmas, my parents were generous enough to buy a replacement tuner (although it was delivered on my birthday 3 days ago) and the first thing I did was call SCT to put my stock tune (had a weird feeling last year that I should backup my stock tune) in my new tuner so I can have my actual stock tune listed as the stock file on my new tuner.

So after I brought my car to stock tune, I uploaded my new Bama tunes on my tuner, plugged it in and when I put the 93 Hybrid tune in my car, my car idle DROPPED to around 100-200 RPMs and jumped right back up to 1200 RPMs. After a while, it started to idle like it should, but the car was shaking a little bit and eventually dropped to around 400 RPMs before it jumped back up to normal RPMs, still shaking a bit (I have this on the video I attached). I thought maybe something was up with the Hybrid tune so I uploaded the Race tune this time. I turned it back on and it died. I decided to record it again to show you guys and American Muscle/Bama what problems I'm specifically having. Until then, I have my stock tune in but I might put in my old 93R tune from before.

Thanks in advance guys, I really appreciate help or advice you guys can give me.

It's a bummer your tuner got stolen and you have to go through this, but it sounds like you're going through the right procedure. Bama will take care of ya....I've worked with them more than once and they always come through! Good Luck....it's the waiting...but hopefully it won't take but maybe a day.

GT Gone,

I'm sorry to see that you're having an issue with your Bama tune. The car definitely needs to go through the idle relearn process when running a new tune. We send out thousands of tunes and build them all from the ground up for your PCM code and your mods. They're not just "canned" tunes, they're built custom by our team, so every once in a while it's possible we mess one up! We'll definitely get it straightened out for you, though! Give one of our Bama Tuning Specialists a call and they'll work with you to figure out exactly what's going on.

Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance.
