I'm pretty sure you just need to bleed each brake line one at a time and
keep replacing new brake fluid in your brake resoiver at the same time.
You might try to bleed a little fluid out and see if it helps.
You might have just a little to much brake pressure in the system.

When i have done new brakes I had to release some brake fluid.
I had to much pressure and it wouldn't allow the breaks to move
or release enough.

When bleeding the brakes you need to bleed shortest brake line to longest. Bleed in order. First, driver front. Second, passenger front. Third, driver rear. Fourth passenger rear. If the brakes dont stop locking up you can try replacing the ABS module but if it comes to that I would take it to a shop and tell them what happened.

You made me second guess myself but yes you start shortest. Starting with the shortest ensures any air/fluid in the system is pushed out completely. The system has the most presure in the shortest line. If you start long and go short the stronger line can force air/fluid back into the longer lines.
