Not that hard, makes it a breeze if you have power tools. Took me and my friend about 1 hour to get everything off. Then another hour and a half to get the clutch in and everything back on. So a total of like 2 hours and a half.

It will be very hard and when putting the clutch back in you will need to torque the plate and clutch to certain lbs. extensions will be needed also and an extra set of hands
+1 took me about 5 hours by myself with basic hand tools.
