It usually only does this when its cold outside and I start it up the first time of the day, right after I stopped the video it went away, I'm thinking its coming from the water pump, or one of the pulleys, I'm pretty sure its not the belt. Just looking for a second opinion really

I was watching and as soon as I thought, dang I wish he would rev it a little, it was right on Q. I'm not sure though exactly which pulley it's coming from. If I had known the video wasnt working, I would have told you. It'd be nice if you had some lithium grease. Hit each pulley with it until it stopped. Then if you did them all and it didn't stop, move on to maybe your water pump.

that was the idea i had when it first started, i didnt have lithium grease but i did have WD-40, and like i told the wife if when i hit it with the WD-40 it stopped i was going to head out and get some lithium grease to put on there, but it never helped. which is why i moved on to my water pump, but my car still stays in the normal range so the pump itself is not bad, just sounds like its not lubricated...i really hope Venomouz is right and its the belt, spend $20 for a new one and done, heck even if its the idler or tensioner pulley thats 15-20 and done, i'd hate to have to change the water pump.... (well, really my wife would, because i'd take that time to do a drain and flush, change the thermostat and clean out my intake manifolds, which is more money that she wants to spend ofc, lol)

That was my next question about the weep hole. Id definitely start with the belt then. You have already covered the basics. Are all of your fans off when it does it? No heat on or anything?

Ohhhh. If it does it again, go straight to the ac and turn it off. See if it goes away immediately.

Could be the compressor. I could be wrong and hope I am. Not a mechanic, just try to so things myself.

Tried the AC thing, no change so its not the compressor, the belt looks a bit shiny on the flat surface so i'm going to buy a new one on payday and see if that takes care of it, and while i have it off i'm going to check the pulleys as well.
