i have a 1995 mustang and i upgraded to projector housing hb4 lo beam the kelvin i decided on is 5000k over 6000 but is 35 watts enough or should i pay the extra 15 or 20 dollars for the 55w ones

Save yourself the money. You wouldn't be able to notice the difference in wattage.
