It all depends on what you want. If you want one fully restored with a little extra in it (which that one is) it could cost anywhere from $30,000 to $60,000.

They're nice cars if you have the money. I've seen them around car shows and owned a Mustang at one point. (just not one that nice.)

The picture is a 1968 Mustang Coupe with some add on Shelby Mustang trim and a body kit. There is no such model as a Cobra in 1970 except the 1969 / 70 Shelby that was a fastback of convertible. In 1970 there was the Boss 302, Mach1 and your basic Mustang Fastback, coupe, convertible. You could get the optional 428 or 429 Super Cobra Jet SCJ or CJ motors, but no Cobra Mustangs. There was a 1976 Mustang Cobra that was a sad try at trying to bring back the muscle car Mustang.

Any car you buy depends on condition and how well you maintain it.

Some Mustangs and Mach1 Mustangs were equipped with the 428 Cobra Jet and the 428 Super Cobra Jet with the drag pak option. In good to mint condition these cars usually bring $40,000 to over $100,000. Find one that needs alot of work and might could find one in the $15,000 to $30,000 range. Worth the time and money if it is what you can afford.

There was no 1970 Mustang Cobra. There were Shelby GT 350's and GT500's though. That car in the picture isn't a 1970 Shelby either, looks like a 67 or 68.
