Hello, I inherited a 1989 Ford Mustang GT from a relative and I have been trying to get it running after it sat in an unheated garage throughout Midwestern Winters.
I am looking for some tips and things I should replace in order to get this car running as well as things to check and do.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks,

I would do a quick check of the vital fluids, put in some fresh gas, and a fully charged battery, and give her a crank to see if she'll kick over.... I'm presuming, of course, that the car was originally parked because of non-use, and there was nothing wrong with it.
Once the car is running, you should replace all of the fluids and filters, do a thorough tune up, and drive it around a bit to try and identify anything that may be wrong with the car.
Good luck!
