yeap for an auto 4.10 gears are the best, and you just start on your basics. cold air intake, cat back exhaust, gears, under drive pulley, and finally a handheld tuner. the cai-5hp, exhaust-10hp, gears-no hp under drive pulley-5hp, and tuner-10hp so you should jump from 210hp to about 230hp and as far as your 0-60 time it should go down to about 6-6.5 sec
ok now what a tuner does is messes with your ecu, your ecu sometimes takes a really long way around to tell the car to move bc there are other things that it does first so the tuner kinda skips all that and make the ecu Response faster and you just plug the tuner into something that is under the steering wheel.

I had the same question on the tuner. I'm thinking it's a chip for the computer.
A chip, and exhaust will help.
Depending on what gear you have in it now. Rather then just changing just ring and pinyon. You might have to change the carrier also. On most 3.73 is the turning point.
3.73 and lower (4.10 , 4.11 and so on goes on one carrier and higher goes in anouther. If you never messed with setting up a rear end. let someone else do it.
Theses would be quick fixes.
To get even more doing some top end engine work would give you even more.
