This product, called Love the Drive, is very well made, and installs quickly, securely and easily. It uses four straps that attach with the child safety seat anchors.
Although it for sure changes the looks of the car when the top is down, I do think that it looks very professional:

I am very pleased with the product, and although it is on the expensive side, I think that it is actually worth it due to its quality and design.
