So my parents bought my mustang from me and my mom took it to work. She works for a school district as a crossing guard and when she came back out to the car someone had poured white out on the car in multiple places all around. Will this just wash off with some water or what?

That sucks man! I imagine it would come off though. Might have to use some chemicals though, make sure they won't damage your car paint. Maybe WD-40?

Do you know what kind of chemical I would need to use?

My mom hated my car when we got it. She wanted me to keep my 2001 hyundai.
I think white-out should wash off. Sometimes it peels off of paper lol.
