Interior door leather peeling

how can i fix this it really irritates me

looks like the adhesive is coming off, run by an upholstery shop and I bet they can recommend a good fix.

I just ripped it off and rubbed all the foam off then got my own leather, glued the sh** out of it and has held for a year so far. Looks great with different leather. You can't wrap it cause its a molded door panel so you have to cut the new leather just perfect.

I also used fiberglass hardener. Then sand it down till its completely smooth.
