well my folks just about me a use black 1996 Mustang V6 for my first car (that sucker is fast). and im wondering dose it take alot of gas. and how much would it take to fill the tank up.... please and thank you

they are not bad on gas, 20 or so bucks should get you a mostly full if not full tank. Gas mileage for both the automatic and 5-speed are
18-20mpg city, and 27-30 highway.

No not a lot of gas unless you floor it a lot. I drive fast in my suped up Monte Carlo and it has a v6 and its modified so yea. I get 26 mpg normal speeds and probably 16 or less when driving around for fun. It costs about $36 to fill up a mustang with the current gas prices.

16 city/24 highway....Tank holds 15.4 gal.

But that number is based on driving it like a granny. Step on the gas and the MPG goes down.
