When i bought my 98 mustang 2 yrs ago the guy told me that it had keyless entry but that he lost the remote. So the other day i purchased a remote for the car. I followed the programming directions and turn the key to the ACC position 8 times in 10 sec and nothing happened. Could it be that the keyless entry unit is disconnected somewhere? Any help would be great. Thanks
