No worries, you shouldn't have any issues with exhaust fitment. Have you looked into caster/camber plates and new struts/shocks for a better alignment and handling, too? These are good "required" upgrades to do while you're having the springs installed. Shoot me a PM if you're unsure what you need or have any questions!

if its a custom kit it depends on how it bends up and over the axle, it may bump it (my old 01 v6 did slightly) so just check on that and see if you have enough room.

You'll be fine I've scrapped my exhaust once and the dip was insane so you'll be fine. Plus you don't need camber plates for those either
