My key actually broke in the first lock while doing my suspension.. actually if you have an air compressor and an air gun, pepboys napa autozone sell asocket with reverse threads that threads on to the lock and will spin it off. My pancake compressor wasnt strong enough.

I had to take a 3/4" socket smash it on there and use a breaker bar or a ratchet with a pipe over it for leverage to get the locks off.
Or maybe it was metric... i forgot

I had the exact same thing going on with mine. I bought my Stang with locks already installed but no key. I took it to Big O Tires here locally and they were able to remove all four, put new lugs on all for about ten bucks. They told me upfront that they couldn't guarantee that they could get them off or that they wouldn't destroy the locks trying to remove them but it worked out for me.

My friend had the same problem and he took it to a tire rim shop and they gave him a key for it
+1. My local mechanic that's a good buddy of mine had one and he gave it to me. A lot of shops have them.

I work at discount tire and this is a very common problem. I think wheel locks are horrible. Most of the time we have some cheap sockets to hammer on the lock and get it off. Sometime we have a lock remover set. They are like sockets but they have sharp bite edges inside to grip the wheel lock. Lots of times we can't get the lock out of the remover socket and we have to trash it. I look at it this way. If someone wants your wheels bad enough no lock will stop them.
