MAC Mustang Dual Exhaust Conversion Kit (99-04 V6) TK3849 - Free Shipping!
This kit is great and definitely very affordable! You're going to love that set up. Unlike other aftermarket V6 dual exhaust kits that require cutting and welding the stock mid-pipe, the MAC Performance Dual Exhaust Catback system simply bolts right up to the stock factory Y-pipe for a no hassle installation. Just bolt on and go!

Please let me know if you ever have any questions or need some assistance!

Thank you, does american muscle have any sound clips of it, I'm subscribed to the YouTube page and they have never done sound clips of any new edge v6.
I have the Magnaflow dual conversion. Also a direct bolt on, Kinda pricey but all the thing does is gargle and rumble! Haha

I was looking at that one and the flowmaster one but this one had the best reviews, I crossed out the magniflow one because of the mufflers
I got the MAC bro. People say my car is loud but it's really not. You won't get the rumble as a v8 but it still sounds nice on the 6's. if you get them installed by an exhaust shop, tell them to not add the cats that came with them. I haven't done it but I'm sure you'll get more of a better sound. I also tryna get new header with the MAC's but money is impossible to save.

I have a CAI but no tune yet. I'm still panning on it though once I get this raise from work :)

Yea, its really gonna tie everything together
I want to get the MAC too, great price and bolt on. There are a few clips on YouTube with a 2000 v6 bone stock. That's what sold me :)

+1
my only issue with bolt on exhausts for our cars is that it will never be as loud as a true dual setup custom fabbed at a shop...plus there's a big tonal difference (you can tell when you put two v6's running both styles side by side)

however you could buy that setup then have a shop custom fab it to true dual if you wanted :good:

How much would that cost
How much would that cost
It really depends, all shops will quote you differently
yeah prices vary shop to shop and by area...my latest dual setup ran me $270 with used borla stingers however if you buy new a full custom exhaust should be in the low to mid 300 range
