This might be more of a question for the 05-09 thread, but maybe someone can help me out. I have a friend selling 05-09 magnapacks (catback). And he says it fits on my 2010 gt. Is that true? Also if I just wanted to buy his magnapack mufflers, would they fit?

Some say it will some say it won't. A cat back is more for performance gains. Frees up the exhaust flow. If you want sound you need high flow cats or a O/R pipe.

Yeah I'll probably go with an o/r x in the future. Just worried that these wont sound right. Would you think that on my 2010 gt they would sound like the 05-09 sounds clips since it is the same engine.

It will sound exactly the same. We have the same engine as the 05-09 guys. Only difference is the body style. I put an O/R H with flowmasters on my 2010. Deep sound at idle I love it
