The guy modeled it after the early Saleen Cobra's. I love the way the whole car looks. If it was just only in blue...

I had to scan it upside down to get a good copy of it from this magazine. So I just flipped it around.

Yeah I had seen that in the magazine a while back, his car was actually wrecked I think and they put on the whole new body kit and suspension and rims...


The lettering going backwards kinda goes with the after effect there...

What I read, they just put the body kit and rims on there and then repainted it. I think I had it totalled at like $5k just in parts not counting the new paint job. :uhh:

It was either 1994 or 1995 when Steve Saleen took a select few 5.0 Cobra and dressed them in the full Saleen body kit and striping kit but added the S281 wing and S351 hood.

Thus...modeled after a Saleen Cobra.
