4.6 is a weak motor, I wouldn't waste your time trying to prove a point NA, you'll only embarrass yourself
weak compared to.....? lol

Not many cars will push 450WHP on a stock engine coming from 260WHP. AN almost 200WHP jump over stock is plenty strong. Additionally there is NOTHING any other car has done that the 4.6 hasn't. It is an old engine.

As for "well over 400 HP", to the crank, sure. With heads, cams and all the accompanying mods, you would be lucky to see 390WHP.

Compared to an LS motor, 4.6 is nothing NA
A bigger engine with a higher starting point and 6 speeds. On a "scale" they're very matched up. I reiterate, there is nothing a 4.6 hasn't done than another has. Just as there are 500hp civics.

I will be getting tuned this weekend. I will let you know what it takes to get 375 whp lol.

Would really like to know your end results after everything
K my 340 mods are full exhaust. Intake. Delete plates, pulleys, Detroit rocker cams. 4.10s are important because they lower dyno numbers a bit. Tillman Speed tune.

Did you notice a diff. with the delete plates? I have read on a lot of forums that for the effort they really werent worth it. I have heard that the U/D pullies were a pleasant surprise on the 3v. I plan on doing th U/D pullies this summer and maybe the delete plates at some point, but that depends if they are really worth it or not.

Also, My car has the 110MM JLT CAI which I know you need a tuner for after an install but since I bought it with that on there I have no idea what tuner was even used. Are the SCT tuners really a good buy on the 3v?
An SCT tuner is essential in any car you intend to mod. Pulleys and plates. Neither offer noticeable gains, they are dyno proven though. They're easy as **** to install so effort isn't An issue.
