Misfire but no codes???? 2006 Ford Mustang GT

So I've been having this issue with my car for months now cant seem to figure out the problem. Car idles fine but whenever I try to give more throttle than normal it would misfire on 2000rpms for about 5sec after that its fine, usually if I ease into the throttle it doesn't misfire any ideas what could be the problem. Already change spark plus, coil pack and fuel filter.

How are you checking for no codes? Personal scanner, tuner device or a variation of Forscan (computer or app)?

If you aren't using Forscan, I would personally recommend using Forscan (that's what I use, can't speak for the other apps) and either the usb or bluetooth dongles from Obdlink.com

You can check to see if there are codes not registering on a handheld (ex: I also have an Innova 3020rs for "general" scanning).
You can also pull up different sensors (I forget the proper name) on the Dashboard in Forscan so you can keep an eye on something acting wonky during and maybe before the misfiring

You need a proper scanner to detect a DTC and if that fails, Forscan will provide live data while the engine's running that you can record and save for analysis.
From what you described, my first impression is that the throttle position sensor could be at fault.

I have this problem too, between 1000-1500rpm on high torque demand. But it seems to occur mostly when I haven't had a good high rpm (3k+) burn in a while, so I'm figuring plug fouling or such - carbon is attracted to hairline cracks.
Maybe try replacing all the plugs first ?.. That's what I'm going to try.

PS: ECMs don't detect every type of misfire
