I NEED HELP. i just finished the 6r80 swap on my 5.0 mustang gt mechanically the car is finished but it doesn't crank, i changed the ecu ,transmission wire harness and i already deleted the PATS .Any advice that help me to make it work?

Hmmmm, usually the no crank is related to anti theft which you've already eliminated. I think tyou have a module communication issue. They all need to talk to one another and if one doesn't hear from the other, the net effect will be no crank. If you pull the IPC fuse, for example, the car won't turn over.

Provided you’ve done your mechanical works correctly: transferred your start switch from clutch to brake pedal, connected your AUTO gear shifter with the AUTO trans harness. Now ensure from PCM (ecu) is from an AUTO and same year 5.0 2011-2012 5.0 pcm won’t work correctly on a 2013-14. Reinstate your PATS (PCM REPROGRAM FROM THE IDS, find the AS-BULT DATA from motorcraft service website; use the same VIN of the AUTO PCM you installed), then add your keyfob(s) to the PCM.
