I have this Mustang 2003 V6 has 54000 miles on it. It is shaking, the shake was like oscillation right left when it passed through a bump. I gave this in nearest Firestone and I mentioned this problem. They inspected and confirmed that there is no problem with struts, ball joints and etc related to tires and suspension (they did complete vehicle inspection), The repairer tested my car on bumpy road and said it is OK. I still feel there is some problem with the car. Can I completely beliebve them or show my car in any other repair center. My fear is if I continue driving in the same way it may damage other parts and problem may become worse.
Please give suggestions ...

Righto ^. Check tire pressure, otherwise, the way the car sticks to the ground i.e. tread design, you'll feel every crack/bump/blemish in the road because that's the way it was designed. It sounds like the bump is catching your tread just right and shifting it fast, then regrouping itself. Avoid the bump, no more problems.

Another thing... if you notice the steering to sway back and forth, or feel the car start to shudder under speed, that may be a seperated tire, and if that's the case, tell Firestone to shove it!
