If you aren't willing to spend about 3 grand you're probably best off sticking with springs and shocks. The lower end coilovers in the sub 2k range are pretty mediocre quality. They can usually only do one or two out of the three things you want.

Doesn't eibach make good quality products?

So after some more research I def don't want to buy those eibach coilovers. Instead I think koni yellows with sve lowering springs and a bmr panhard bar are the way to go. Any thoughts?

Heard a lot about eibach leaking so I went with Koni Yellows, and maximum motorsport springs with maximum motorsport camber caster plates. Sits nice and low, low enough to scrape the exhaust on some bumps. Handles awesome too

On the mustang, Bilsteins are much better and more reliable for a lowered car. The Konis are designed to be used with stock springs. The further from stock you get (lower, more stiff, etc) the worse they do.
Bilstein makes shortened shocks and struts specifically for lowered mustangs.

I haven't heard or noticed myself any drop in performance with the lower springs and the konis? and they come with a lifetime warranty so if they blow just call it in.

Although I've helped lower 5 of the 2011 to 2014 Mustangs including my own 14 TrakPak I haven't seen the need for caster/camber plates once! All five cars including my 14 fell within Ford Factory Spec's when it came to front end alignment...If you need more than that for the street I'll buy the beer. My 14 was lowered with Sportlines and although I choose to keep the stock TrakPak struts and strut plates along with rear shocks I put some pretty aggressive driving on that setup for over 8,000 miles and never had an issue. Sure, my car road a little more harsh and I had changed my entire rear suspension and drive line....although carving corners at almost 3 times the double nickle at red line in 5th took a little more than someone with no track experience...the car handled extremely well for just having springs and some rearend work....coilovers are mostly for racing and not needed for the street and what was said about the Bilsteins vs Koni's is pretty much spot on when it comes to a lowered Mustang if you really want to get serious about carving corners...If not then go with the Koni's....IMHO

In my own experience the problem wasn't that I needed more room to adjust for alignment, it was that the stock mounts went out and made a lot of noise. The stock strut mounts will go out eventually if you lower it, and it doesn't sound good at all lol Don't need caster camber plates for that you can just get some gt500 mounts but i got a good deal on a set which is why I got the plates.
