Would a cam and valve train upgrades be beneficial after the basic bolt ons (CAI, exhaust, UDP, spacers) and ported intake? Also, how beneficial would a cam swap be without vavle train upgrades?

Well this is what i kno. yes bolt ons help a cam a good bit (help it breath). RGR sells a 207/215 cam that from what I hear is pretty nice. porting your heads really helps you cam breath and can add as much as 20 rwhp with a cam. and what year mustang do you have?94-98 or 99-04.

o 01 you should get the 207/215 B/c your car is split port and that way you will def. pass emissions testing. and you do need to change your springs when you do this just so u kno. u prob . knew but i figured i would tell you

If you're doing the install yourself a cam swap is a great bang/buck mod.
It's not quite as great if you have to pay someone to install it for you.
Drop me a line, you may not even need to pick up new valve springs
depending on what you have on there right now.

Actually, I send out a cam form and custom grind each cam to
the user's needs. 207/215 is an SC cam for most people w/SPI
and it can handle lots of boost. I have cheap(er) upgrade springs
for many cams or awesome hi-dollar springs for all years. And it is
true, certain years can use stock springs with certain grinds, and stock
pushrods with many SPI grinds.
