It's definitely a copy of Audi/VW key. My friends GTI uses that exact key. I just wish I could get one for my 01, black shroud prevents me from using any aftermarket key.

Hoping to get a new key as well, both of my remotes on my keys died I've put in new batteries and no luck :/
