With all these new features we are going to need a place for users to access them.

I see it broken down into Categories.

Forum (lets user change informaton regarding the forum, Subscribed threads, Private Messages etc etc)
Garage (lets users edit garage, view/edit/delete images and video sound files, as well as show the users quota for attachments in garage
Hosting (lets user manage their file hosting)

and whatever else we can pull together will go in here (basically replacing UserCP
