Ell finally found myself a new motor for my mustang. Good price. It has gt-40p head ported upper and lower intake ported. Don't know injector size but if stock I will replace with 24lb. Maf will be programable bbk cai. E or b 303 cam if not better. Rebuild bottom end cleaned up. 3:73 gears 4 lug. 5 speed. Any quesses on horsepower and 1/4 mile time or anything else to suggest. Please do. Any feed back. Exhaust will probably be longtubes with h pipe and dumps. Thanks.

270 rwhp HP maybe. Might run a 14.2. Can very don't k ow the specs on the car (year, manual auto, tires)

HP Guess: 25 - 50 over stock maybe.
1/4 Mile Time Guess: Too many variables, but high 14s to mid 13s maybe.

What kind of programmable MAF?

When my 94 cobra was bone stock it ran 14.2 one street tires. With TFS heads, stock cam and intake, long tube headers, offroad hpipe, 3.73 gears and drag radials it ran 12.9. Hope that helps.

Yes. World class T5. Car was also lowered. Using 275/40R17 Nitto DRs. Car was faster but was being held back by the suspension.

Yes, world class T5. Also, it would have been faster but the if I had put some money in the suspension. The car was lowered about 1.5" so that really affected the 60 ft times. With better suspension and better drag radials (I was using Nitto DRs 275/40R17) te car could have gone 12.5, maybe better. Mind you, the car weighed 3800 lbs. With me it in and a quarter tank of gas.

Pretty good numbers man.what was the 60' ?

Best was 2.0x. Friend of mine with a 93 coupe, similar mods with better rear suspension would pull consistent 1.90 and the occasional 1.8x. His car weighed about 500 lbs less than mine and would run 12.1's all day long.
